Remember to breathe deeply into the core of your Being (shallow breath produces a feeling of anxiety and adrenaline surges).
On the deep in-breath, think "All is Well". Feel your muscles relax and your mind clear.
On the full out-breath, think "All is One."
See the debris of emotional congestion leaving through your finger and toe tips. Do this for about 6 or 7 slow breaths to restore calm and balance.
