‎Neural cells around our hearts become activated during stress. 
This simple exercise can send them a calming message:
1. Place your hand over your heart. 
2. Inhale and exhale slowly. 
3. Think about a person who loves you, a favorite place, or a happy memory 
while you continue to take deep, slow breaths.
