Whenever you feel negative emotion, just stop whatever it is you are doing or thinking and say, "What is it that I do want?" And then, because you have turned your attention to what you do want, the negative feeling will be replaced by a positive feeling, and the negative attraction will be replaced by a positive attraction--and you will be right back on track.
